Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Sriracha, Honey, and Lime

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts
- 20-30 Brussels sprouts (ends trimmed and outer leaves removed, cut in half)
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- 2 Tsp Sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sesame oil
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Tsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Sriracha
- 1 Clove of garlic (minced)
Note
This recipe would probably work great with broccoli, cauliflower or kale. If you like things spicy, feel free to add a little more sriracha.
Directions
Brussels sprouts | |
1. | Preheat oven to 400 degrees |
2. | Pour canola oil on a sheet pan and place brussels sprouts on top, toss to coat. |
3. | Bake in oven for about 10 minutes. Toss with sesame seeds and bake another 10 minutes. |
4. | Switch oven to broil and cook for about 5 minutes, until nicely browned. Toss with sauce and prepare to eat the best sprouts you have ever tasted. |

5. | Combine all ingredients in a bowl and set aside. |
