Meal Planning + Cooking Services
With years of experience as dietitians and home cooks trying to find a system for feeding our own families, we have developed a unique expertise in menu and meal planning. If you’re feeling like you need some personalized help and a primer on meal planning and prep, or just want some basic recipes and cooking instruction to get you started, we’re the gals for you!
Meal planning package:
$150 includes a personalized full week’s worth of meals with a grocery list and meal prep tips.
We work with you to develop a personalized weekly meal plan, including a grocery list and tips for meal prep. As registered dietitians, we have the knowledge and skills to work with any health condition, food allergy or dietary intolerance.
Help me cook!
Private cooking skills package: $100/hr plus the cost of food. Learn cooking skills, tips & easy recipes to get you started in the comfort of your own home.
We will come to your home kitchen and give you the hand you need. We’ll teach you basic cooking skills, techniques, and some secret tips and tricks to get you on your way and build your confidence as a home cook.
