Asian Inspired Salmon
Ingredients
- 1lb fresh salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2-3 green onions (white and light green parts, sliced thinly)
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (toasted)
Note
To toast sesame seeds, in a frying pan over medium heat stir them constantly until golden brown. I like to do bigger batches all at once to have them on hand for a tasty addition to sides and salads.
Directions
1. | Preheat over to 400F |
2. | Spread hoisin sauce over salmon |
3. | Top salmon with green onions and sesame seeds |
4. | Bake for 15 minutes |
