Maple Mustard Salmon
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
If you have the foresight or time, marinating the fish with the maple-mustard topping overnight adds even more great flavour.
You can also try topping the fish with 1/3 cup of panko (japanese style) breadcrumbs before baking for a satisfying crunchy texture.
