Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 head garlic (roasted)
- 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 Tsp cumin
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 1/4-1/2 Tsp sriracha
Note
White beans or black beans would make a great substitute for the chickpeas. You can also flavour your hummus with many other additions: try adding a whole roasted pepper for added colour and flavour, or a seeded jalapeno for some extra heat!
Directions
1. | Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into food processor. |
2. | Add chickpeas and remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. |
