Coconut Choco-PB Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1.5 cups chocolate coconut beverage
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Sweet and Tart Berry and Yogurt Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (I used fresh strawberries and raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Blueberry Crisp Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut beverage
  • 1 tablespoon roasted almond butter


Any non-dairy beverage would make a good substitute for the coconut beverage.


1. Combine ingredients for each smoothie in a vessel wide enough to accommodate an immersion blender, or use a countertop blender. Blend ingredients, adding more liquid and/or fruit if desired consistency not immediately reached.
2. May be served immediate or covered and kept refrigerated overnight.
