Ingredients
- 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup grated english cucumber (about 1/2 a cucumber)
- 1 Small clove garlic (grated or finely minced)
- The zestof 1 lemon
- 1.5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper (or more to taste)
Optional
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Directions
1. | Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Allow to sit for at least an hour before serving, but over night is better. |
