Vanilla-Cinnamon Peanut Butter Popcorn

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp + a pinch salt
- 1/4 Tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
Note
This is hands-down my new favourite afternoon or evening snack. To jazz it up a bit, you could add a handful of chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or raisins. Try it with almond butter too!
Directions
1. | Pop popcorn using your method of choice (stovetop, air-popper, microwave) and set aside. |
2. | Combine peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and 1/4 tsp salt and microwave for 20 seconds. Give it a stir. |
3. | Pour over popcorn and mix until the kernels are all coated in this delicious peanut butter mixture. Add a pinch of salt and mix one more time. Dig in! |
