S’mores! In dip form! Melted chocolate and marshmallow goodness you can scoop up with some graham crackers. Or just a spoon. We won’t judge.
We’ve said it before and we will say it again now.
Yes, we are dietitians. Yes, you should all eat your greens, and choose whole grains most of the time, and eat that delicious fatty fish. But you should also enjoy your food. Eat ice cream if you feel like it. Bake a pie and share it with your friends or family. Or us please!
