Taking a break from work and well, life is so important sometimes and something that doesn’t come so easy to us, or most people. But it is so necessary to keep go-go-going at this crazy pace we all live.

If this weather isn’t soup season, than we don’t know what is! This flavourful soup is perfect to make on a cold winter weekend and eat all week. Cook up a double batch and freeze half for when you don’t have time to cook.

One pan meals are our new best friends. Why? One pan = less clean up. Prep all the components ahead of time and cook when you are ready to eat or make up a batch on the weekend and reheat it whenever it is burrito night in your house. We also love it because it is the perfect DIY dinner!
